WWE Great Balls of Fire is this weekend, and this is the WWE Great Balls of Fire Betting Tips article.

Well, sort of.

If you don’t follow the WWE betting markets much – here’s the deal. Usually around Friday/Saturday we’ll see the smart money come in. People who know the outcomes. This causes various wrestlers to become practically unbettable because of crazy odds.

The smart money came in early this week it seems.

Overnight Wednesday and early Thursday was when we saw drastic changes to the odds. as an example – Roman Reigns vs Braun Strowman opened up as basically 50/50 and now Strowman is a massive favourite.

You know what before we go any further, let’s have a look at the odds courtesy of 888 Sportsbook:

WWE Great Balls of Fire 2017 Betting Odds:

Quick reference: 1.08 in decimal odds is 2/25 in fractional, and -1250 in American. As an example of how crazy these odds are.

  • Big Cass (1.08) vs Enzo Amore (6.50)
  • The Miz: (1.08) vs Dean Ambrose (6.50)
  • Cesaro/Sheamus (1.04) vs the Hardy Boyz (8.50)
  • Alexa Bliss (1.06) vs Sasha Banks (7.00)
  • Braun Strowman (1.10) vs Roman Reigns (5.75)
  • Seth Rollins (1.14) vs Bray Wyatt (5.00)
  • Brock Lesnar(1.04) vs Samoa Joe (8.50)

Again these are from 888 Sportsbook but if you look at all the sportsbooks they’re all the same.

Great Balls of Fire Betting Tips:

So this is where I’d usually analyze every match and the booking lead to it, and then theorize the future shows and storylines.

Instead I’m going to keep it nice and simple:

Bet every underdog.

I’ve noticed movements before like this in the markets with European sportsbooks, and then sometimes things swing back to normal when 5Dimes release their lines. I’ve no idea if it will happen here but all we need is 1 or 2 matches to have their result changed.

If you want actual thoughts as to each underdog – well honestly there’s probably no point. I’m betting every underdog just because of the odds swing, but here’s justification if you need it or just want to bet a few select ones:

Enzo Amore: It makes the most sense for Cass to win here however Enzo has had some great performances on the mic lately and if they want to drag the feud out till Summerslam him picking up a fluke win would be huge for it.

Dean Ambrose: Man I can’t even justify this as I hate betting against The Miz. He’s made us so much money over the years.

The Hardy Boyz: Sheamus is off to do a movie soon so hey why not get the titles on the Hardyz to finish this feud off.

Sasha Banks: Probably a waste of money here honestly.

Roman Reigns: Well there was all the rumours of Reigns vs Lesnar at Summerslam. Maybe they’ve went back to original plans but who the hell knows. It seems to have spawned from some rumour website that Strowman is winning so I’m comfortable with this bet.

Bray Wyatt: Don’t really like this bet either but to be honest I haven’t even paid attention to this feud. I fast forward every bloody Wyatt interview segment.

Samoa Joe: I really can’t see past Brock but you know what? I’m so hyped for this match that I’d personally be betting Joe(although not tipping) at like 50/50 odds. Simply to get me into it more. So I’m fine with this.

Like I said it’s up to you if you want to follow the bet all underdog strategy and hope for the best. Be warned that there is an EXTREMELY good chance that all of the above lose so it’s completely your call. If you go with it I advise betting a quarter unit on each at max.
