In some exciting news, the NJPW G1 Climax was announced today, and we will see actual foreign talent performing in it as they return to Japan.
The G1 will begin on September 19th and ends on October 18th so if you were looking for a reason to keep your subscription to NJPW World or looking to subscribe – this is the reason.
This is a massive event and one that I always look forward to as it features night after night of great wrestling.
This will be the 30th G1 Climax and has 20 wrestlers who have been divided into blocks. They all face each other within that block with a point system in place.
The better news is of course we can bet on it. Always great news isn’t it?
Here’s all the current betting odds and I will update this on a regular basis.

Night by night odds have dropped. There is way too many to cover in one post so I will just do Nights 1-4 right now.
Block A has seen some changes since the lines came out. Okada is still +200 favourite. However Kota Ibushi and Will Ospreay are both +275 and Jay White has drifted out to +350.
Block B has SANADA as heavy favourite now at +115 odds with EVIL dropping out to +350 along with Naito and KENTA is +400.
We now have a new favourite to win the entire G1 Climax. SANADA has went from joint favourite at +300 to runaway favourite at +175 odds. Okada is at +300 and EVIL has dropped to +400 with Ibushi.
