New Japan Wrestle Kingdom 14 takes place over January 4th and 5th, 2019.

Always an absolutely incredible show. If you’ve never stayed up to watch it I would highly recommend it. This is the first event that is going to be a two day affair and I can’t wait for it.

There are currently odds for five matches so let’s get to them then I’ll offer my betting tips for NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 14:

NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 14 Betting Tips Night 1:

Team Liger (-500) vs Team Sano (+300): Should be a showcase for some guys here of course. I just can’t see Team Liger losing. No bet.

LIJ (-177) vs Suzuki-Gun (+125): Nice teaser for the British Heavyweight Championship match. Looking forward to seeing Suzki out there and I think they take the win. 1/4u on Suzuki-Gun to win.

Bullet Club (-190) vs Chaos (+134): Toru Yano will be doing whatever it takes to get a win here. I think it will be a blast of a match. 1/4u on Chaos to win.

Guerrillas of Destiny (-139) vs FinJuice (+100): This will be a nice and fresh match. It won’t be a 5 star affair or anything like that and the 888 prediction of 2.75 seems about right. I think Dave might go to 3 for it. Anyway I’m happy with 1/4u on FinJuice to win.

Jon Moxley (-200) vs Lance Archer (+140): Love the story going into this one with Mox unable to fly there etc. Archer has been solid in his singles run and I have enjoyed him a lot. It feels like the rules are set for Moxley to take this one by going to extreme levels. I can’t see him losing. 1/2u on Moxley despite the juice.

Hiromu Takahashi (-295) vs Will Ospreay (+200): I can’t believe this match is happening. It’s for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship and it is going to be absolutely immense. Takahashi has returned from a broken neck and the dude is crushing it. Ospreay has been very dominant this year. It just seems fitting that Ospreay wins this one. 1/2u on Will Ospreay to win.

Tetsuya Naito (-400) vs Jay White (+250): Another incredible match and it is going to be immense. Jay White has had a fantastic run but I can’t see him winning here. I think Tetsuya gets the IWPG Intercontinental Championship back with a win here and that will keep the fans happy. Just can’t see past him. Unfortunately at those odds it’s not worth a bet.

Kota Ibushi (-125) vs Kazuchika Okada (-112): Ho boy. This will be the main event of the first night and it’s going to be a cracker as Okada takes on Ibushi. Much bigger match for Ibushi I would asy. However it’s important for Okada to get the win here too. I’ve got to go with Okada here to get the all important win. 1/2u on Okada to win.

NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 14 Betting Tips Night 2:

Liger & Sano (-139) vs Ryu Lee & Hiromu Takahashi (+100): Gotta go with 1u on Ryu Lee & Hiromu Takahashi to win. Tis the way.

Rappongi 3k (-177) vs Bullet Club (+125): Tough one. I think Bullet Club take it but not confident enough on them to tip it. I can see RPG 3K losing two years in a row.

SANADA (-177) vs Zack Sabre Jr. (+125): Will Skull End be the finish here? Surely not against ZSJ who is amazing at getting out of it. Very very intriguing match. I think Zack wins but not enough to back it.

Hirooki Goto (-139) vs KENTA (+100): Man the build-up for this is great. KENTA is so freaking evil and I think he continues his run and pissing off the fans. 1/2u on KENTA to win.

Hiroshi Tanahashi (-139) vs Chris Jericho (+100) This one is on Night 2 and The Painmaker is back baby. Should be a great match as despite their age they know how to build a good match together. What I dig about this one is Tanahashi said if he wins he will challenge Jericho for the AEW World Heavyweight Championship. That’s neat as it makes you think he will win and then Jericho gets his win back on AEW TV. I think the Painmaker sneaks the wint hough. 1/4u on Jericho to win.

Tetsuya Naito (-125) vs Kazuchika Okada (+215) vs Kota Ibushi (+215) vs Jay White (+600): So this is one where you can bet various things. It’s for the IWGP Heavyweight and Intercontintenal titles and will feature the winners of the Night 1 matches. I tipped naito and Okada to win in their matches. I think the favourite is correct here and that’s who I am backing. Tetsuya Naito to win 1/4u.

I mentioned 888 Sports have various props. You can bet Okada/Ibushi to win for example. You can also bet on what the exact match will be. So if you want to bet Okada vs Naito it’s +150 odds. Check them all out at 888 Sports
