WWE TLC: Tables Ladders and Chairs 2014 Betting Tips

The 2014 WWE year is coming to an end with Tables, Ladders and Chairs from Cleveland, Ohio on December 14th. WWE’s last event, Survivor Series, has been universally loved thanks to a great main event and the WWE debut of Sting. WWE will look to continue their hot streak with a show headlined by Dean Ambrose vs. Bray Wyatt and John Cena vs. Seth Rollins.

John Cena heads into this show as a huge favorite against Seth Rollins which springs from the stipulation of the match, if Cena loses he loses his title shot against Brock Lesnar at Royal Rumble and that match seems set in stone. Another big match is Dean Ambrose vs. Bray Wyatt in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match. This was set-up at Survivor Series when Ambrose brought out the weapons during their match at Survivor Series. This one should be a brawl.

Other matches include the red hot Dolph Ziggler vs. Luke Harper in an Intercontinental title match, Ryback taking on Kane and Erick Rowan taking on the Big Show. In a lot of ways it’s Survivor Series: The Sequel which could end up being a very good thing.
The betting odds for this event are as follows:

Definitely some interesting lines, let’s take a deeper look at each match from a betting perspective.

WWE TLC Betting Tips & Analysis:

Dean Ambrose (-145) vs. Bray Wyatt (+105): Ambrose is the favorite here, but not by much. The question isn’t so much about who should win this match, but where do they go from here? For Bray Wyatt there are constant rumors of an Undertaker match in his future. For Dean Ambrose there is… I don’t know. From a storytelling perspective Ambrose really needs this win, but it looks like Bray Wyatt is the one who will get it. Bet on Wyatt.

John Cena (-900) vs. Seth Rollins (+500): Wow, that’s a crazy line for a match of this caliber. You’d think the bookmakers would have at least some doubt in Cena, but that rematch with Brock seems like it is written in stone. Especially after the beatings Cena took over the summer. Stay away from this one, it’s not worth it.

Erick Rowan (-230) vs. Big Show (+170): This one surprised me as Erick Rowan is not exactly a main event player and doesn’t seem like he should be that large of a favorite. Big Show isn’t exactly setting the world on fire himself, but just a month after his turn to join the Authority seems like a weird time for him to lose to an up and comer like Rowan. Easy bet for Big Show.

Luke Harper (-120) vs. Dolph Ziggler (-120): This ladder match could be the show stealer as both of the guys in this match can really go and will be looking to put on a show. It was a bit of a surprise when Harper won the title, but it could be all part of the plan for Ziggler to move up to the next level with another big win here. Bet on Dolph to win it.

Ryback (-900) vs. Kane (+500): Feed Me More! Feed Me More! Don’t Bet On This!

The Miz & Mizdow (-600) vs. Usos (+400): The relationship between Miz and Mizdow is one of the hottest things in the company right now and I just can’t seem them taking the titles off them just yet. Despite the Usos status as the John Cena of the tag division, it doesn’t feel like time yet. Save your money on this one.

AJ (+250) vs. Nikki Bella (-350): Once again, I am having trouble seeing another title change here. Nikki Bella just won it and AJ always seems to have one foot out the door of WWE. At -350 though the odds aren’t really in our favor.

Rusev (-1500) vs. Jack Swagger (+700): Sorry, America. You lose again. Rusev in five minutes or less.
